During the light-filled and hopeful days of Advent, we welcome StEFREM back to Debrecen, bringing festive cheer to our hearts with their music! The seven-member vocal ensemble will take the stage in the Kölcsey Center’s Grand Hall, joined by guest artist Edina Mókus Szirtes.

The evening’s program is festive and diverse:
well-known pieces from the Lumen – Christmas Lights album will be performed, including Carol of the Sugar Plum Fairy, an adaptation of The Nutcracker, Tamás Bubnó’s Abaúji Christmas Suite, and Christmas Day, a medley of English Christmas songs.
The special feature of the evening is StEFREM’s unique sound, which combines virtuosity, playfulness and depth. The joy of playing together and free experimentation set the tone for the program, making the concert festive, intimate and uplifting at the same time.
